The Genesis of the K.V.

K.V. Barwaha is located near to Badali river from which the name of the place Barwaha was derived. During the reign of Mughal emperor Shahjahan, Rana Durjansal of Tomar Dynasty received the Zamindari of Jaitpuri (Barwaha) in the year 1646. In the year 1758 Shivaji Rao Holkar of Holkar Dynasty built the longest palace of Asia the “Dariya Mahal” at Barwaha 
This school of repute is located amidst the pristine beauty of nature in Narmada Valley near the close Vicinity of Jayanti Mata Shrine in lush green valuable teakwood track.

Important Mile Stone of Growth

This K.V. was established in the year 1993 to cater the need of Central Industrial Security Forces Staff, other Central Govt. Organizations & State Organizations. 
Since its inception the Vidyalaya has progressed in phases. It started in an old temporary building in CISF & now has its own beautiful building opposite CISF Complex.
